Displayed messaging pricing is based on US and Canada delivery. International rates vary by destination country and volume. Contact our team for regional pricing.
Compliance and Carrier Fees
A compliance fee of $0.0031 per message applies. SMS campaigns may require registration with The Campaign Registry and may include additional fees based on use case. IVR and forwarded calls are billed at $0.15 per call in the US and Canada and $0.30 internationally. AI voice cloning is billed at $0.005 per 100 characters.
Throughput and Quiet Hours
Usage based plans support up to 120,000 messages per hour per campaign. Messaging and calling must follow applicable TCPA requirements and local quiet hour restrictions.
Billing and Roll Over
Applicable taxes may be added. Unused funds roll over month to month. Usage beyond the included allowance is billed using the applicable per message rate. Plans renew monthly and may be cancelled according to the applicable service terms.
