International Messaging
Displayed messaging rates are based on US and Canada delivery. International pricing varies by destination, carrier, and messaging volume.
Compliance & Carrier Fees
A compliance fee of $0.0031 per message applies. SMS campaigns may require registration with The Campaign Registry and can include additional fees depending on use case.
Voice & AI Usage Charges
IVR and forwarded calls are billed at $0.15 per call in the US and Canada and $0.30 per call internationally. AI voice cloning is billed at $0.005 per 100 characters.
Campaign Throughput
Usage based plans support up to 120,000 messages per hour per campaign, subject to carrier and platform conditions.
Messaging Hours
Messaging and calling activity must follow applicable TCPA rules and local quiet hours, including the 8 AM to 9 PM local time window where required.
Billing & Roll Over
Applicable taxes may be added. Unused funds roll over month to month, and usage above the included allowance is billed according to the applicable pricing structure.
